The Mini Matte Box is a compact and lightweight solution for filmmakers using DSLR and mirrorless cameras. Weighing only 140g (4.9oz), this matte box provides added protection for your lens and helps prevent light flares with the included top French flag.

The matte box features 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 screw holes, as well as cold shoe mounts, allowing you to attach a variety of accessories such as small LED lights or microphones. To provide stability and support for the matte box, the kit includes a 15mm rod adapter that attaches to the bottom of the unit.

The Mini Matte Box offers two filter options. The front of the matte box provides a slot for standard 4x5.65 filters, while the included adapter rings allow you to attach screw-on filters directly to the lens. These adapter rings come in four sizes (82mm, 77mm, 67mm, and 72mm), and additional non-standard sizes (52mm, 55mm, 58mm, 62mm, 85mm) as well as cine version rings (80mm and 85mm) are also available.
